A cv that is like a who’s who’s..

Claridge’s, The Savoy, The Square, Elephant restaurant , restaurant Alimentum.

The epitome of a woman carving her place out in the industry. She took no shit, she lead from the front in all situations. The youngest head pastry chef Claridge’s has ever had.

My friend, the brilliant Kimberley Lin and many moons ago.. my sous chef.

All the woman I’ve drawn as part of this wee series should be the inspiration to the next generation of girls heading into our industry.

It’s a busy picture, so when working it out, I had to make creative choices, I wanted Kim and Martyn to be the focus, so had to chose what to leave out and what to keep in.
